What Is Instagram Polls Feature

Instagram introducing a polls feature, in this new feature instagram allows you to ask a question and receive responses from your friends and followers on your instagram stories. You can ask any question and see realtime results from your friends and followers as they vote, But remember you can add only 2 questions in one story, so without wasting any time let’s see how to get instagram poll feature. 

How To Get Instagram Polls Feature

• Open Instagram on your Android device.
• Click the Home tab at the bottom. 
• Click on your Profile icon in the top-left corner or swipe right to create a new Story. Click the shutter button to take an image or video or you can choose any item from your Photos library that was taken in the last 24 hours. 
• Click on the Emoji icon swipe up from the bottom of the screen to see your stickers, then select a Poll sticker from the list. 
• Now write out your own question and customize the answers. According to instagram policy, you cannot define more than two possible answers. 
• Click Next to continue, select Your Story at the top and Press Send to publish the poll. 
• Then let’s check how many votes each of the options you’ve received from your friends and followers, simply view the Story and swipe up to bring up the list of viewers. There, you can see how each responded, voted and what option they chose. Every Polls are available only for 24 hours, After 24 hours polls and it's results are disappears automatically. 

TIPS: 

• If you don’t see the sticker, so the polling feature is not yet available in your country. For get polling feature simply go to play store search instagram and join the Beta program, and you get instagram polling feature. 
• Feel free to use Instagram’s creative tools to pretty up your polls. For example, you can choose any color from your photos or videos to apply to your text or take advantage of an alignment tool to position your text and poll sticker. 
• After sharing the poll to your Story, your friends and followers are able to start voting immediately by tapping one of the two options you’ve provided, and see results in realtime.
